What is BobIQ?

BobIQ is a SaaS commission-reconciliation platform built by Paper Bags & Palm Trees, Inc. for insurance agencies. It tracks commission payments from insurance carriers, identifies discrepancies, and helps agency owners resolve them.

SMS Opt-In During Account Signup

During BobIQ account creation, customers may opt in to receive transactional SMS notifications. The opt-in flow is shown below.

By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring automated transactional text messages from BobIQ (a product of Paper Bags & Palm Trees, Inc.) at the mobile number provided, including commission-discrepancy alerts, two-factor authentication codes for carrier-portal reconciliation, and account-security alerts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg frequency varies (typically 1-5 messages per week). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. By checking this box, I confirm I have read and agree to BobIQ's SMS Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What You'll Receive

Customers who opt in to BobIQ SMS notifications will receive the following types of transactional messages:

Commission-discrepancy alerts - for example, "$164.50 shortfall detected on your March Anthem statement"
2FA codes for completing automated carrier-portal reconciliations
Account-security alerts - login from new device, password reset

BobIQ does NOT use SMS for marketing, prospecting, or promotional messages.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any BobIQ message to opt out of all SMS.

Customers can also disable SMS notifications at any time from the Settings page inside BobIQ.
